    GENERAL INFO / POLICIES

    Proof of current Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations must be provided and kept current. Pets noticed with fleas/ticks will be treated and the owner will be charged accordingly. Reservations are strongly encouraged. ALL PETS OVER 7 MONTHS OF AGE MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED TO ENJOY SOCIALIZED PLAY.

    After Hours Fee: Campers picked up after closing times will be charged $1 per every minute the owner is late. Any campers not picked up by 30 minutes after closing will be required to board overnight with additional boarding/meal charges made responsible to owner.
    Holiday Convenience Fee: Applies for checking in or out during holidays, call for pricing.
    Cancellation Policy: Due to limited space, all reservations require a 50% deposit with a full balance due upon check-in. Deposits for cancelled reservations will convert to a credit for future services.
